Who can join our groups?
Our groups are available to anyone aged 50+.
Our groups are available to anyone over the age of 50+. As many of our groups are run by older volunteers, unfortunately they can't provide any personal care such as taking people to the toilet. If the person requires more help, they would probably be best referred to a Day Centre.
